Termoli is a beautiful two-hour drive from Leonardo DaVinci (FCO) airport in Rome through the Italian Alps and along the East coast of Italy. Getting there almost as fun as being there.

Room Layouts – All rooms are fully furnished and include with linens. Completely air conditioned, with balconies on three sides and over 1200 sq. ft. of Italian luxury. Each room has louvered shutters that allow for maximum exposure and shut completely for afternoon relaxation. Hand- made wooden doors with floor to ceiling glass welcome you into each room. On the balcony there is a table and seating for six that allow an evening dining experience like no other. A two-car garage with remote access, building security, and elevator allow for easy accessibility 

The Eat-In Kitchen is complete with brand new refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher in addition to all necessary utensils with walls covered in mosaic tiles in this fully loaded kitchen. 

Living room has seating for five with a television and a spectacular wood burning fire place

Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed with dresser and television and plenty of closet space in the three-piece wardrobe.

2nd Bedroom features a twin bed and pull out full size sofa bed while the 3rd Bedroom is furnished with a full size bed and dresser

Both Full Baths are the ultimate in luxury with tiled marble walls and floors. The master features a full size bathtub and in the second you’ll find a shower stall and washer.
